Frank is a great instructor and will really assess your ability to respect the rules of the road, maneuver the vehicle in traffic, and keep control of the car in dangerous situations. He’s a no nonsense instructor but also very friendly and witty, and will ensure you have the preparation you need to take the road test and pass. Really nice guy, enjoys his job, and will help navigate getting your license sorted. Would absolutely recommend.

Frank Cagno has experience teaching teens to drive safe on the road. He is very supportive with Students and Parents as well. When my teen started to drive after the lessons with Frank, my teen gain confidence and I as a mom got peace of mind. Frank is an awesome Instructor.

Mr. Frank was a really nice driving instructor. I called his office and that day hours later he said he can take me, I wasn’t expecting it so fast but we made all 4 of our lessons worked and the day of the test I passed. Frank said I should of been driving years ago, but I’m happy he was the one to teach me. Also, after a while he’lol get tired of you saying yes like I did.

Professional, Flexible & Go Beyond to help- Highly recommend it! My son went to school in Sarasota but we lived in south of Venice. They were very flexible to meet him at Cardinal School for his after school lessons. He learned key skills & Best Practices so that he could be as safe as possible on the road with his Permit. Instructor was very caring and informative to the parent too. They were also very responsive to helping us with his Certificate of Completion for California DMV. btw, easy to schedule times and make payment, something I didn’t find with other driving schools.

Really, everyone who is looking for how to get a license asks for Mr Dennis. Don’t let time pass. I was looking for help elsewhere and on Google map I found Mr. Dennis, he was the ideal person to help us even though we don’t speak English, he does his best to explain. And he helps you throughout the licensing process. He is the best person I could have had, thanks to this school for having a helpful person, and one of the best for my experience.

Great from start to finish. They answer the phone right away and give you the price options. They schedule you quickly so you don’t have to wait weeks. They’re flexible on lesson days and times.
